Hi all! I’m Eve!

 

I was born and raised in sunny Orange County and I’m always happiest when I’m near the beach. My background is in teaching yoga and yoga sculpt, where I learned to move with intention and hit every beat drop (or at least try to!) and now I’m so excited to bring that same energy to Lagree!

 

Outside the studio, I’m into all things wellness—saunas, cold plunges, holistic medicine, natural remedies, you name it! I recently earned my Master’s in Integrative Wellness, which has deepened my passion for encouraging others in their health journey.

 

I grew up playing soccer, but after discovering Lagree post-college, I fell in love with how it challenged me as an individual. It’s taught me that my biggest competition is myself and I always strive to show up better than before!! When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me thrifting, sipping a matcha, or spending intentional time with the people I love.

 

My faith in Jesus is at the heart of everything I do, and I hope every class I teach leaves you feeling strong, encouraged, and filled with joy. Can’t wait to move with you on the Mega!
