I’m a lawyer by day and a lifelong athlete who has been practicing Lagree for several years alongside marathon running and strength training. Lagree has been instrumental in helping me stay injury-free as a runner by strengthening the smaller, stabilizing muscles in my legs and improving overall control and alignment. I love how intentional, slow resistance training translates into stronger movement both in and out of the studio.
