Hi, I’m Raena! I’m a former Division I softball player turned Lagree enthusiast. After concussions ended my athletic career, I struggled to find a workout that challenged me—until I discovered Lagree in 2024. It completely transformed my life, helping me lose 65 lbs and regain the strength and intensity I’d been missing. I never looked back and became addicted to those signature shakes. My goal as an instructor is to create an environment where clients have fun while growing to new levels. Workouts don’t have to feel rigid or intimidating. I want my classes to be a space where you feel empowered to push yourself, enjoy the energy, and look forward to showing up each week.

When I’m not leading a class, you’ll find me sweating it out on a machine, showering my dog Millie with love, or reading my Bible at a coffee shop or while watching the sunset.
